Hearing Loss- One Sided

Anyone experience complete hearing loss with Lyme? Also did it every come back after treatment. Been going on 3 months without hearing on one side.

I have lost hearing in one ear for a few seconds only. I can only imagine how scary this must be. Have you seen an ENT?

Hi lebrett,

I have not experienced complete hearing loss. I did have occasional loss, blocked ear feeling and audio hallucinations ,also ear thumping.

If you do not get any responses from others about complete loss, I would suggest doing a search above with "Lyme complete hearing loss" in the search box. Some older posts might come up.

Hope you can get this symptom resolved soon, mine did go away with continued treatment.
