I have completely pared down my supplements.
I am now regularly taking Vit D, B12, Magnesium, Act. charcoal, Omega 3's, Pinella/Burbur as needed, Hawthorn.
I've dropped:
ALA, L-Cysteine, B Complex, L-Theanine, Gaba, Curcumin, Greater Celandine, Kudzu.....and more.
