Hello Lyme Friends, please help if you can...
I've been at this since April and my LLNP is now changing my protocol because I'm not improving. I have a question, how do I fit the detox pills/powders into the already busy schedule of tinctures and supplements? With everything I already do having to be 20 mins or 1-2 hrs away from food and each other, I'm so confused. Brain Fog is killing me and my LLNP doesn't cover it. The only thing I've figured out how to use is glutathione. The rest of them kind of scare me but I think I own them all - charcoal, zeolite, some kind of earth, chlorella, spirulina, etc. What should I start with? When do I take it?
And do I really need to buy an infrared sauna & an ionic foot Bath? I will if I must but I already have so many things I don't use. If so, are there affordable versions that work such as the sauna tent I see on Amazon? Note I live nowhere near where I can get these things as regular treatments.
Apologies in advance to be so needy this time but I fear everything I'm doing could be ruined if I don't detox or detox wrong. THANK YOU!!!
