If you're taking a HOT epsom salt bath, try reducing the temperature and making it a COOL epsom salt bath.
If a warm epsom salt bath still makes you feel worse, then you may be in the bath too long. Like most things, start small and increase as you are able. If you start with only one minute and feel okay later and the next day, try two minutes the next time.
Slow and steady wins the race. Healing is a marathon, not a sprint.
