Yes, take probiotics daily.
I take a few different ones: Two differenent ones in capsule form, plus Kefir, and another one called Bio-K.
Detoxing should be done daily. Start with a few methods...and every few days add in one more until you are doing multiple methods daily.
- Drink lots of water
- Add fresh lemon juice into some glasses of water
- Support your liver
- Warm epsom salt baths
- Dry brush your skin prior to baths
- Take a binder (2 hours away from everything else you ingest) - eg. Activated Charcoal
- Take Nutramedix Pinella and Burbur OR Jernigan's Neuro-Antitox II - CNS/PNS
- Light exercise
