numb/tingly hands help?

back in July I woke up one morning with numb tingly hands. than over the next 2 weeks it happened on and off in my legs , thighs, and arms and up my neck to my face. but the hands and fingers stay numb and tingly and go up my arms. my lymes test was neg but I knew it would be as it always is. the Drs tested for ms but MRI showed no lesions so no ms. all my other symptoms are Lyme related but the Drs don't care...does anyone know whay herbs or medicine i can take to relieve this...my restless legs are also back...ive been doing detox baths and am currently on doxy 100mg 2xday and now cephalexin 500mg 3xday for an upper respiratory infection...thanks for any help...ive had lymes since I was 13 and I know it's back...first 2 times it was my legs that went numb and I was put on iv antibiotics but can't remember which ones as that was 25 years ago

unfortunately I'm not able to afford one at the moment...im a single mom of 3 special needs kids aged 3, 4 and 9...between speech therapy for one occupational therapy for the second and Drs appts for myself and them and being sick im unable to work...tried to Apply for disability told I'm not disabled enough...im researching on my own to see what I can do with herbs or vitamins...im not able to get the igenix tests done either and when I asked my primary to check me he said my insurance wouldn't cover it...i have:
air hunger
migraines
fatigue
muscle aches and pains
swollen joints
back and shoulders make a crunching sound
cold all the time
numb tingly hands fingers arm
knee feels swollen
bullseye rash on my back when I was 12 (I'm 38 now)
brain fog
trouble concentrating and remembering things
anxiety
irritability
very irregular periods last 3 months (bled 3 weeks straight)
floater in my left eye
right eye is slightly fuzzy
heightened smell and hearing for 2 years now
teeth feel sensitive
night sweats
restless legs
days where I have no energy

I was bit again by a tick 2 years ago Christmas. morning got sick after was told after Lyme test came back negative it was fibro and I didn't know enough to pursue it only tgat the last 2 times I had it it only showed positive on a spinal but no Dr wants to do it...about 4 months ago I had a very stressful situation and all of a sudden started getting sick and worse each day and I'm pretty sure it's the lyme...i don't know what else it could be...i know there's herbs specific to target each co infection but I dnt know which ones if any I have...i was hoping to take something and herx so it would confirm...i just want to get better...my kids need their mom better...my primary finally gave me doxy but only 10 days worth at 100mg 2x a day...walkin medical gave me cephalexin 500mg 3xday but I was reading it's not used for lymes...they gave it to me for an upper respiratory infection and uti

This symptom seems to be hitting lymies hard recently. There's been 3-4 post about it in the last couple weeks.

I'm currently experiencing this symptom too. And this is a symptom I hadn't experience in a year before it came back. It came back around July too.

Is this a coincidence or is there a cyclical component to certain symptoms? The time of year? The moon?
