Update From LLMD Appointment

Yesterday at my LLMD appointment we decided to hit coinfections.

At first she suggested that we hit both at the same time with a drug like Bacturm (cant remember the name) along with Malorone and Zithromax. I told her that I dont do well with Batrum so I probably wouldnt do well with taking that so she said just to do the Malorone and Zithro together then we will do Rifampin and Biaxin later for Bart.

She wants me to start with Fluconazole 100 MG 1 daily for three days then do 1 a week. She is afraid that I could have candida issues because of my brain fog.

At the same time, take the following:

Malarone 250/100mg take 2 2x per day (not sure what the dosage means)
Zithromax 250MG 1 daily
Nystatin 50000 UNIT take 2 2x per day.

Plus add in Houttuynia 30 drops twice per day.

What does everyone think of the new protocol? To me it sounds good, but is it too much? The fluconazole kinda makes me nervous. I've heard its hard on your body.

The Malarone has two meds in it - that's why there are two numbers beside it. The first is Atovaquone and the second is Proguanil.

The zithro is lower than what I usually see...but it has a long half life so maybe that doesn't really matter. (68 hours)
