My LLND recommended this. What's your opinion on it?

I took it for about a year.

You should build up gradually and may have to adjust time of day that you take it.

I stopped about 6 months ago. I really don't feel much different.

BUT my cd57 number improved which indicates a strengthening immune system.

What kind of test is cd57?
I can't remember the dosage.. 1.5 mg maybe? I haven't filled it yet. It's another out of pocket expense so I want to be sure it's worth it.

I took it for almost a year. It's difficult to tell because I was on a lot of things, and felt better, but like I mentioned I don't know if it was from ldn. I'm considering getting back on actually.

I also tried it with no good results.

I started low (1.5mg) and slowly increased - can't remember if I went to 4.5 mg or 6 mg.

I gave it 6-8 weeks I think..

(It was 4 years ago - pre-lyme when I tried it)

Yes, start at 1.5 and work to 3.

it's believed to be an indicator of how ill one is. A result above 100 indicates getting well or not too ill. The lower the score..the more ill you are. Many believe, however, Its just another speculation test.
