The brands I tried (both were japanese) did not work and generally, these are thought to be hoaxy.
I think foot soaks are probably a better bet for you. Get a tub and slowly experiment with ingredients like epsom salts, sea salt, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, heat, and duration. You can find all of these ingredients in a health food store - I found a lot at Target and CVS. Slowly - S-L-O-W-L-Y add ingredients and increase doses. Don't go too fast or you run the risk of either detoxing too fast or causing detox backup.
Foot pain is common with bart - are you treating bart?
