I'm just starting this...adding to doxy and others supps. What is the dosage?

Curious if you got Grapefruit seed extract or Grape seed extract? I have seen both discussed on this forum

Bump It's the liquid form...how many drops how many times a day to start?

I do 10 drops in my pau d arco tea everyday.

I do once a day but you can do more. I wouid start with once. If you tolerate well you can use it twice a Day. I am using it as an anti fungal. Is that your purpose?
