Mercury free Omega 3 for 12 year old son?

Does anyone have a recommendation on an Omega 3 mercury free supplement (and no other crap in it) for my 12 year old son? Looking to get him 500mg EPA daily. Thanks for any suggestions.

Vital Choice has always been my go-to for salmon and O3 oils. It's expensive because of its sourcing but I wouldn't give any fish products to kids right now (the hvy mtls problem continues to worsen) unless you can be certain of its source.

Flax products have too much bioavailable estrogen, from what I hear.

While on fish oil I'd also have him on a good, gentle detox protocol and give him a gentle chelator like cilantro tinctures or maybe there's a chewable version for kids.

Thanks P. There is an IFOS Certification which guarantees no heavy metals in the product so I wouldn't get something that didn't have this as a 5 star certification or similar guarantees. Also want wild caught as farm raised has other issues.

My doctor sells me Orthomega Select EPA. The fact sheet says it's independently tested but doesn't say who does the testing. Supposed to be safe.

Rikky-I use Nordic Naturals. My LLND recommended it and I've seen other's who have also had their dr's recommend it.

They have childrens products. They are pricey. Shop around for the best price. I know use their new 2x and Amazon has been the best price option.
