Hi all I’m so paranoid I have a bruise like thing on the back of my leg please could someone advise on how to post a pic

You can also do searchs above on the subject of bruises and skin issues.

Size is about 2cm by 2cm. I do think it’s just a bruise as I have barely left the house and certainly not been to any woodland. I think I’m just so paranoid about every little thing now but need to try and maintain somewhat logical.

Easier said than done!

Check for indications of any meds or herbs you are taking. Some can make you bruise more easily.

I was scheduled for surgery once and the list of FOODS that my doctor said not to take prior to surgery was long. Some foods can make you bleed more easily, which is what a bruise is.

With lyme we are not comfortable with anything new happening. The slightest change and we stop and take notice. It is just human nature when you get something as awful as lyme.

Yes this is very true, I also used to get knee pain and again never thought anything!!

Hoping this anxiety gets better with time

Keep a good log and photo file. Best to title them by Year/Month/Day - location for better cataloging and retrieval. Use this link to see similar bruising.

At first we thought the bruising was from Babs with red blood cells busting. Then later thought Bart was to blame since it messes with blood capillaries. But who knows.
