Can you take GABA and 5HTP at the same time?

Hello everyone,

I know I have been posting on this forum way too much but I'm really going through a rough time and I'm trying my best to make it. I had a question: can you take 5 HTP and GABA at the same time? Also, what dosages do you all recommend. I have read that pervious users would do 400 mg of 5HTP to feel a difference. What about for GABA?

I think it should be fine together.

Yes, I take both.

5 HTP I take 300 mg / day
And GABA 600 mg, plus more as needed up to 1200 mg (I get mine from a supplement called StressArrest, it’s not just GABA). I have heard that PharmaGABA works immediately though.
