I will comment based on knowledge of Buhner. Buhner indicates the 2 most important and specific herbs for Lyme are Japanese knotweed and cat's claw. He also has said those 2 herbs are good to take long term. IMO, any herbal combination you use should have those 2 as primary.
Also, you mentioned having the bullseye rash and treating with abx, so I'm assuming it was caught and treated early. Buhner highly recommends Astragalus for ongoing Lyme prevention and enhancing immune function. He does warn that some with chronic Lyme are worse on astragalus because it increases an immune response that is already dysfunctionally increased.
I would suggest starting with those three. The book has the doses for the different forms. Knotweed and cats claw can be taken as powder and bought in bulk in 1 lb bags from 1st Chinese. That's the cheapest way to use those.
