stomach really upset ..I have compazine but will that make things worse

This is what you need to do to interact with the people posting and respond to them with your own posts - it's very simple:

When you're on the main forum page where you see the titles of all the threads people post - look for yours titled "Severe Herx How do you lesson the pain? ANYBODY PLEASE" and click on that title

THis will bring you into your thread and will show your original post for help and the responses other members have made.

Next - scroll down to the empty white box after the last post where it says "Quick Reply" to the left of the box

Then type your message and hit the SUBMIT button right under the white box
