I remember growing up - having to take some kind of 'worm medicine' every now and again.
Don't hear of that anymore. Never gave any to our son when he was growing up.
Its a lost art in humans. The US has the opinion that it has eradicated all parasites. I highly doubt this but say it enough times and people believe it is true.
I believe these deworming medicines are able to cure conditions where a parasite is at the root of the problem and that is why we are not granted access to them.
There may be some concern that resistance will develop if given to the widespread population and then these will no longer work for the elite who are granted access.
I believe this is why you cant get diethylcarbamazine (D.E.C.) in the US.
Just look at the prices of these antihelmintic meds like Alinia (Nitazoxanide) in the US . This reveals who they are reserved for. Yet I can get it for 25 cents per pill from an overseas pharmacy.
My brother recently got prescribed a bunch of them from a caring doctor who heard that I made great progress with the Klinghart antihelmintic protocol. It will cost $9000 for one month supply if he fills it at a pharmacy in the US.
Most docs will give you the antibiotic to kill the bacteria that the worm is producing but this wont get at the root and you will have to come back for more antibiotics later. Yet they are trained to look at you funny if you mention parasites (unless you have travelled abroad).
Heck even the antibiotics are now getting limited and the propaganda pushed that short term are as or more effective.
Deworming is still recommended to keep your livestock healthy, but that is because there is no 'health' system for livestock. No revenue is made by keeping them sick and coming back for more.
