Milk thistle dosage

I have been taking 20 drops twice a day of milk thistle as I had elevated ALP levels, should I be taking more than this? Have been on this dose for last 2 weeks

Don't know but interested in the answer. I also had elevated liver values.
How high did yours go?

My ALP was 123. I had been taking doxy for about 3 weeks at that point but did experience quite a strong herx so maybe it was from the die off.
