Nic I feel for you. If you haven't done any long term flying since being sick than you don't know what its going to be like.
I think to help you best during the flight with changes in pressure and oxygen levels you should stay very hydrated with clean water and do some detox methods while on the plane. Keep things moving so to speak. If I had to do this over again I would've somehow tried to get some oxygen on the plane cause I believe its the deprivation of oxygen that may be contributing to this phenomenon.
Sounds good. I will be sure to do that. I also fly first class since it's for business so I should be comfortable at least.
