Sealantro

Hi All - I was thinking about using Sealantro for general detox and was wondering what others experiences have been with it. For example, could I herx? I haven't done any heavy metal focused detox and my understanding is the Sealantro will do some of that.

An update on where I am in my treatment....I stopped ABX a week and a half ago and things are going pretty well. Brain fog, tiredness, and a bizarre pain in my liver seem to be my lingering symptoms at this point. I'm ramping up on the Buhner herbs that I've been taking for the last several months, focusing on detox and diet, starting to incorporate swimming into my exercise routine, and hopefully these things will take me over the healing finish line....

I'm hoping the Sealantro can help with brain fog. I added the Jernigan CNS/PNS formula a couple of days ago and that seems to be really helping, so I feel like more detox is the way to go for me.

I used it and also gave it to my kids. I think the dosage was every other day, 30 drops. For the kids I did a few times a week, 10-15 drops. Noticed no adverse effects. Our heavy metal levels did drop (via hair testing for kids). Also did bentonite clay/epsom salt baths and used a green powder in their morning smoothies. Still do the last 2 as maintenance.

FIR sauna may be a good addition for your detox.
