Bactrim for kids?

My daughter isn't doing well again. She's been on minocycline, ceftin and alinia for a long time. Her doctor wants her to start on Bactrim with minocycline. Good combo? She tested positive for Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella and erhlichia.

I feel like the antibiotics are keeping her functional. But if we ever try to stop them, she tanks within five days. I can't keep her on antibiotics forever. I am at a total loss as to how in the world I'm going to get her better.

My 11 year old has been on antibiotics a year. Not good. We were all bit in August 2016 but I didn't figure out that she was bit until November. So she started meds three months after the bite. We tried her on rifampin but she couldn't tolerate it. Three up every night for a week. She is MTHFR homozygous and really has a hard time with everything we give her.

We tried her in Malarone and she developed severe anxiety. It was awful. It went away as soon as we stopped malarone.

We are going for whole body hyperthermia in January followed by a month in a clinic with IV supportive therapies to build up her immune system to attempt to get her off meds and over the hump. We don't know what else to do.
