Any way to improve symptoms before a 1st appointment?

Good afternoon -

My husband is definitely experiencing what I would identify as Babesia symptoms (breathlessness, racing heart, fatigue). He was just at his primary doctor and received a clear bill of health so I know it isn't his blood pressure, heart beat or lungs.

His 1st appointment with his LLMD is in 2 weeks. Can anyone suggest any tips that might lessen his symptoms before then?

With Babesia, I would get him on the herb Hawthorn - it protects the heart and blood vessels. Even if he's been checked out, these infections do affect the circulatory system.
Maybe some CoQ10 as well.

Is he giving into the fatigue and resting when needed?

Good grief, Girlie, don't you have a bazillion of emails to respond to?! You didn't have to respond so quickly to mine. But, thank you.

I will look into the two items you suggested.

Yes. He crashes when he gets home and on weekend. Actually, he came home
from work early yesterday to work from home.

I got caught up on the emails last night...it was just a busier than usual couple of days for me - re: emails.


Re: CoQ10 - It shouldn't be taken with Mepron...so if your husband starts on Babesia treatment with that medication...then he should stop the CoQ10.

But, in the meantime...it's an excellent supplement.
