Hi all I am off the doxy now after being on it for just under 3 months. I started the doxy 13 days after finding an EM rash.
As a precaution I am taking cats claw Japanese knotsweed and astalagus tincture. I am slowly increasing the dose every day.
My question is is there anything else I should add to that or continue to do as a maintenance thing?

Hi are you completely symptom free?
If it was me I would add in the andrographis and cats claw just for a bit also. That way you have some good coverage and to be sure you get everything.
Always check for side effects and contradictions.
Im so glad its sounds like you doing well.
Take care, Jo

Thank you jo, yeah I am symptom free, I was a bit paranoid about
what may or may not be a symptom but decided to listen to my gut and take some herbs just incase.
I will add in the andrographis thank you x
Am I aiming for 30 drops of each?

Thank you k07. I am so anxious stopping the abx they became like my safety net, every sniffle gets me on edge but I have to take a leap of faith and just remember I had sniffles aches and occasional headaches prior to my bite too!

Good to hear you are symptom free.
I agree with goshawk about
taking those herbs for a few months.
And..keep an eye on symptoms.

Thank you Girlie, I’m hoping to increase the herbs daily and get to a decent dose.
I will keep you all updated and still be active on here
