goodkarmafoods.com/I know kefir is somewhat popular here. I tried two brands made with milk, recently and in the past -bad idea.
Then I tried this milk free one. Compared on same day. The ones made from milk products do not agree with me. Even "lactose removed" still has milk proteins of some type in it, and does not agree with my gut.
This flax milk version from GoodKarma brand rocks. Still it has 20grams of sugar per serving, so I wont indulge or use regularly long term, I'm drinking it this week as an experiment, and see if it lowers my cold symptoms (immune support)?
Personally, I never felt any benefits from probiotics besides when I had candida.
Just thought I'd post this for those who are milk free.
