Activated Carbon

Binders like Act. charcoal and zeoloite are good to add in to your protocol on a regular basis. They are especially helpful when herxing.

Make sure to take activated charcoal at least 2 hours after any medicines/supplements/herbals or food and 2 hours before taking any medicines/supplements/herbals or food.

The activated charcoal (and other binders) will bind to those things instead of the toxins and move them out of the body instead.

Make sure to drink at least 8 ounces of water when you take the activated charcoal and to stay well hydrated during the day.

Personally I use binders about times a week but more when herxing.

Regular detoxing like Epsom salt baths and drinking lemon water daily are also helpful while treating.

I will let others answer about your ABX protocol that are more experienced in that area.

I thought that the charcoal capsules were certainly the easiest to take - especially on the go. And I always carry one or two with me, in case something I eat doesn't agree with me - they are often used in the ER for food poisoning.

If you are asking how frequently you take the binder, you can take it as often or infrequently as you like. The time buffers are critical and can often make it difficult to fit the binder into a daily schedule so some people don't take them ever day. Weekends is great, particularly if you are not struggling with a lot of herxing.

And if that changes, you can increase the frequency.
