I am new and don't know much, so take this with a grain of salt, but one week sounds like herx to me. I had a herx that involved vision in September. Are you detoxing?

Those symptoms are fairly common with me. Lyme and co-infections can cause them and tend to get worse while herxing. My eyesight is constantly blurred. As I️ understand it will get better with treatment.

Minocycline caused a fair amount of head pressure in my case but not enough to stop. I have not used ceftin. The tetracyclines helped to clear the whites of my eyes. I now use colloidal (never ionic) silver to suppress what is now remaining in the eye (mostly minor crusty discharge in morning and some stickyness) as I have cleared much of it and have no more floaters. The red would slowly attempt to return after I stopped taking tetracyclines.
My vision never completely restored in the left eye. Still called 20/20 by the opthamologist but I know it is blurrier. Bates method might be useful for vision restoration after removing the invaders.
Terbinafine probably prevented my retina from detaching as I felt it tingling strong in the muscle behind the eye an hour after first use. All of the antifungals had positive effects on my eyes. I would suspect fungi (mold/yeast) if eye problems happen gradually and unilaterally (one eye well before the other).
