I'm sorry you are struggling...but am glad you found your way here. We know how you feel...and understand how difficult it is to deal with lyme disease on a daily basis.
It wears you down.
That's good - you've already found a LLMD and have started treatment.
I suggest you start building on a good detox regimen...starting with a few things...and gradually increasing the methods..until you are detoxing with several modalities every day.
- Make sure you're drinking lots of water daily
- Take a liver support supplement daily
- Take good probiotics daily.
Some other options to help:
- Take warm (NOT HOT) epsom salt baths
- Dry brush your skin prior to bathing
- Take a GI binder - eg. Activated Charcoal
- Take something for detoxing the brain: eg. Nutramedix Pinella OR Jernigan's Neuro-Antitox II - CNS/PNS
- Do light exercise - even stretching your muscles...and/or a short walk
- lymph massages
- Take Magnesium supplement
- Ensure you are getting good, quality sleep.
