In conclusion, the findings from this study showed that whole bee venom and melittin were effective against all B. burgdorferi morphological forms in vitro, including antibiotic resistant attached biofilms. Though the findings from this in vitro study cannot be applied directly to clinical practice, it gives insight into the potential use of bee venom and its components against B. burgdorferi.

Bee venom does look more and more interesting to try..

I don’t think I can sting myself. If I recall though, there is a method of removing venom (without killing bee) and injecting it. Possibly from Dr. K?

however looking more closely to the results, even 800ug/ml of bee venom (which i think is a huge amount and probably not possible in vivo) cannot clear biofilms completely. so yeah ... no cure ... :/

Maybe not a stand alone cure but definitely another tool in the kit to be used in conjunction with abx and herbs. I haven't stung for the last 4 weeks because i've been feeling so bad. After reading this post i went to the hives and got a jar of bees and started stinging again. Only did 8 since it's been awhile. I was doing 10 to 15 per session three times a week.
