Burning mouth

My mouth is so tender, it hurt to eat, swallow, drink
I already had a dry mouth...does Bart make it worse ..any tips? I have gengigel and salvia pastilles,but it feels like acid in my mouth and my tongue is constantly inflamed
Any tips as to which herbs help?

Ok, thanks Goshawk, I'll try that. I do sometimes have a spoonful to eat as it's soothing.
