Too Much Artemisia annua?

I'm new here. I was diagnosed in 2009 with Lyme and Babesia, but I don't think I ever really killed either off. Main symptoms are incapacitating large joint inflammation.

I just started Buhner's protocol and even more recently the Babesia protocol: Cryptolepis and Artemisia annua. Sida acuta made me flare up way too bad to take it and function.

I have Plum Flower's brand of Artemisia which is a 5:1 extract powder, full spectrum. I started out with 300mg 3x/day and ramped it up to 450mg 3x/day. Is this way too much? Especially for a 5:1 extract?

It's working well, though. I figured maybe I need to take a lot since I've had babesia for a very long time and it might be extra hard to kill by this point.

I tried an infinitesimally small dose of sida. Then I think I remember smelling the bag (it's a powder) and feeling my joints react, and then putting it away, going, "nope, nope, nope." It smelled yummy, though.

As for the Bidens, which also smells nice (flowery), it worked to eliminate night sweats for about a month or two, and then the night sweats came back on their own, until I stopped taking the Bidens. Go figure, huh?

That's a slight possibility, though it was more of a gradual onset.

Do you have answer to my question, though? Is 450mg 3x/day of a 5:1 powder extract way too much? Is it 5x too much?
