Are you still eating dairy?
Since initiating treatment my husband and me have both become very sensitive to certain foods - dairy and gluten in particular. I know most lymies are good at avoiding the gluten but are you still taking milk products (milk/cream in your coffee)? We definitely experience diarrhea if we have a latte with milk.
Also egg whites can set me off. Perhaps you might want to remove some of the biggest food irritants while your gi tract heals. Just a thought.

Yes, I am still eating dairy (this morning I had 2 eggs, avocado on wheat toast, and a few slices of bacon). I don't think I am food sensitive at this time, or at least I haven't noticed. Today I feel surprisingly good other than waking up with some fatigue, I wonder if the supplements have helped. Last time by the 3rd day off the antibiotics I was really struggling, keeping my fingers crossed that this holds up! The diarrhea was still present after lunch today so I finally decided to take some Immodium and I'm waiting to see if that does the trick. I am going to make a conscious effort to reduce my gluten intake and to do a better job detoxing. Still waiting for Quest to post my bloodwork from the last visit with LLMD on 12/8 to see how the latest co-infection tests, candida tests, liver function tests came out.
