Possible Lyme-Looking for Lyme Doctor on Long Island

Good Afternoon All,

I am wondering if anyone could recommend a lyme literate doctor on Long Island? I am looking to have my blood sent to the Igenex lab but cannot find anyone to draw my blood. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have a few options on LI that may work for you...but there are a lot more choices if you're able to travel to NY City.
