Will taking daily 200 mg of Doxy 2 times a day, 500 mg of Tindamax once a day and 500 mg of Zithromax once a day be a good schedule for treatment? Do they interact with each other and is it safe to take them all at once in a day?

My detox will be salt baths and curcumin.

Its a good combo, but I would recommend pulsing the Tindamax only one day a week, then go up to two consecutive days a week. I had similar protocols, and you could consider adding Rifampin if you haven't treated for Bart yet.

I spent a lot of time on Zith early in treatment but always at (1) 250mg tablet 2x/day. Not sure on its half life, but since you take Doxy twice a day it might as well have company.

For TindaMax I recommend taking it in the evening. At first it hit my gut pretty hard and had to lie down early. Powerful stuff.

Is Tindamax really that powerful that it is enough to take 2 times a week? I was prescribed by my lyme doctor 2 times a week, but didn't see any difference while i took it that week. Or it keeps getting stronger with each week?

I guess the only way to find out would be to take and wait.

Also, Doxy everyday and Zithro everyday will work, yeah guys? I hope i won't faint or completely kill myself, i have to fight with family members, and if i somehow develop a severe herx, i'm afraid i'll be sent with an ambulance straight to ER and i won't be able to explain that i'm treating something which doesn't "exist".

It seems it indeed can cause heart problems. So, monitoring my heart you mean blood pressure or should i take ECG every week?

And monitor your heart. Azithromycin is known to mess with the heart.


It depends on the Dr. LLMD prescribes zithro to be taken daily.

My LLND also does.

I'd increase your detox. You should add in a cleaner/binder to help your system clear the dead toxins from your system. The easiest and cheapest is activated charcoal. It needs to be taken away from everything else-food and meds, which can be hard to do. I take in the middle of the night.

You also need to be taking a probiotic. That's a lot of abx's. You need to protect your gut health.

I’ve taken Zithromax every day for months. When I had heart palpitations I stopped, but they continued. Heart probs were Babesia, not the Zithromax. Everyone is different.
