I’m only taking 3 drops In the morning and 3 in the evening, could this be causing my joint pain with such a low dose? I know the best way to tell is to eliminate it for a few days but has anyone else had this with such a low dose?

Some folks are very sensitive and react to only one drop. I started at one drop then moved to 5 drops quickly, and went up to 1 dropper full. I now take 2 droppers of JK plus that includes Cat's Claw twice a day.

The joint pain may not be even related to the Cat's Claw. Either stop and see if the pain reduces, or add another drop or two and see what happens. Its all about experimentation.

It is very hard to tell if a herb is causing pain or if it is just lyme rearing its ugly head.

We all have to get very in tune with our body to figure out what is going on. Like I always say, we become our own doctors.

Make sure you are keeping a journal so you can track everything. That way you don't have to remember, you can just go look it up in your tablet.

Yes according to Buhner he had people on both sides of the spectrum. Where 2 drops dropped someone, and some people take a ton without noticing much.

Thank you all, maybe it’s not even the cats claw, this detective work is tiring! Maybe as I’m on such a low dose of herbs the leftover bugs after treatment are partying away.. or maybe it’s the herbs, will stop cats claw for a few days and see if it subsides.
