countingstarsx I am one that believes in the body's ability to heal itself, but with a little help from natural stuff.
I had horrible inflammation. I was riddled with it.
I spent the entire summer in an ice cold lake. That was the only thing that helped me. Sadly, it was temporary on some days and lasted long on other days. There was no perfect fix. Treatment (I also did Buhner's protocol plus 2 Beyond Balance bottles) was what I think healed me.
I had to resort to ibuprofen a couple of times the pain was so intense. My herbalist said if I had to do that to drink a lot of water to help save my stomach, liver and kidneys.
I generally could keep distracted during the day and handle the inflammation, but at night, well, that was tough. That is when I did the ibuprofen and all that water..... so I was up going potty the rest of the night.
Not exactly a good night's sleep getting up 3 times to tinkle.
But I just kept on with the herbs. I also did all the edible things I could for inflammation. My favorite was basil. I really ate myself to health. Fresh ginger in my water, fresh turmeric on my eggs, fresh cilantro on my salads, real garlic and my pits stunk, black pepper that every time I put it on anything I sneezed, rosemary from my garden on everything and my favorite cinnamon and clove tea (the real deal not a tea bag). Oh gosh and my sprig of parsley on the dinner plate every night.
I hope these are helpful. I didn't just do herbs. I detoxed, ate super healthy and slept as best I could.
I do admit that for a few nights I had to use benadryl. I loved the children's liquid. I found I was really a kid when it came to the dose required for me.
Hope this is helpful.
Never give up!!! Keep searching until you find what works.
