hi all

just started mepron/zith on christmas...3 wks on 3 wks off....for those whove taken it, how long does it take to really kick in? i think my llmd said it takes some time for the mepron to build up, or something like that...wondering of any experiences...i have tested positive for lyme and babs, but dont have night sweats or air hunger (knock on wood)...im just curious if im going to be hit by a herx wks from now...so far just increased fatigue/brain fog/achy...thank you

Weeks 4 thru 9 were my worse herx time on Mepron/Zith during my first round. Hope you plan to take it for at least 4 months. Do you stay on Zith during the Off Weeks?

It affected me quickly. I haven't checked my notes...but I think the first round hit me hard...if not the second one.
If I remember, I will go through my notes later and check.

My head pressure was really bad on the Mepron.

It took me 1 day to notice extreme improvement. I relapsed after 3 1/2 weeks. I did this for 4 courses and each relapse was less. After 4 courses, I thought I was healed. Perhaps I was from that infection, but other issues remain.
