For those that don't yet know why this is important on a Lyme forum - full moons can often trigger not only herxing for many, but for women, our monthly cycles can often be affected by them.
/www.farmersalmanac.com/astronomy/2017/12/28/full-moon-february/ Whenever there’s a full Moon, things get pretty exciting at the Farmers’ Almanac office. Our staff and readers alike enjoy all of the Moon’s phases, but we get especially enthusiastic about
the folklore surrounding each full Moon. But what if there was no monthly full Moon? In February 2018 that’s exactly what’s happening—we won’t have a full Moon. But to make up for it, January and March will be “double full Moon months,” meaning that during both of these months, there will be two times that the Moon reaches its full phase.
So, while we don't have a full moon in February, the months of January and March will more than make up for it!!
VIEW IMAGE What can we do if we are one of those "lucky" ones that do react to full moons??? Keep your schedules light (don't plan to do a lot!) and up your detoxing, plan to rest more those days that you are affected. Some find they are only affected the day of the full moon, others, like I was when I was really ill still, can be affected for a week or more.
Hang in there, and remember, we are here if you need some extra support!!!!
