What would you put in a Lyme planner?

My daughter is going to make me a Lyme planner, and I want it to have all the works. turn And I don't want to think of something important after she has made it, lol. What would you put in a Lyme planner?

So far I've thought of:
- Medical alert section and emergency contact list in the beginning
- Diagnosis page
- Medication page
- Supplement page
- Page to list doctors and their contact information
- Overview calendar for the full year to mark appointments, etc.
- Then weekly pages with columns for each day's:
--- Medicines and supplements
--- Symptoms
--- Maybe food log
--- Place to mark appointment

Any other ideas?

A good symptom log is important. List all symptoms in left hand column and 1 thru 30/31 across top of page m(I also list the day of week). Rank each symptom 0 to 5 in severity on daily basis.

Across bottom of each page list med protocol changes.

Month to month you should see some trends develop.

It is also good to bring to LLMD visits.

So separate out the symptom log from the other things? That's a good idea. Thank you! I knew you guys would think of things I didn't think of.

Do seasons or moons affect you? I had to mark the full moon because 3 days before I would feel "off."

I had to mark allergy season too. It was a reminder for me to up my precautions for plant allergies.

I'll have to watch for that. I was miserable for no apparent reason a couple days ago, and last night was a full moon. Interesting.
