Feeling worst after vitamin d3 ?

Hi guys anyone can explain why after vitamin d3 k2 even samall dose 1000-2000 u my symptoms geting worst , i was wondering it is die off but i think not , when i take herbs like gse i feal better , this vitamin obvusly is feeding some monsters but who ?

From what I have read D3 increases our bodys own natural antibacterial/antiviral activity. Hence killing more of the bad stuff on it's own. I am taking 5000u every morning and I can feel it! 100% Herx. So my understanding is that we are not feeding the monsters, but killing them.

For some reason there was/is a protocal eliminating all D3 including sunlight. yes, eliminating it.

Just adds to the confusion.

I am allergic to some D3 vitamins - the ones derived from lanolin oil.
I changed to Solgar D3 and I don't get any issues with it, its made from fish oil.

Hey this same type event lead me to this site and ultimately my Lyme daignosis.

In one of my numerous Specialist visits, my D tested at 15. They gave my 50k D2 dose weekly. Knocked me flat on my back for 2 days. By Monday I would feel Ok. Tried smaller D3 5k dose and the same.

So I googled " feeling worse with vitiman D" and somehow got to this site. I read somewhere in this forum that Lyme does not always react well to VD supplements due to you actually having too high of level to begin with. Has something to due with the usable level. I,m going to ask my doc to test my D 1,25 level.

If it's Herxing,, we'll ok I'll go slow but this is one rough herx if that's the case.

I want to be sure I,m not posioning myself by mistake.

No one seems to know. I stopped it a while ago based on the fact that it seemed that no one here could normalize their Vitamn D levels no matter what they did and the 1,25 D controversy.
