Hi everyone i have been getting severelry depressed prob because of the winter weather .....i can not find a llmd or n great lime naturalpath that also does antibiotics thst i csn connect with sny recommendations i hsd to go on buprorion low dose because of depression still has not kicked in i am even thinking of hyperthermia treatments but not sure were to go....need some advice ....thankyou sick of this illness sometimes i hope it takes me in my sleep

Now you check out these places and see what you can find. First, go to your herb shop and see who they recommend for lyme treatment. They know a lot there.

Then try the closest health food store and go to the herbal section and ask who they know. You would not believe the information you can get from these people.

Hope you are having a better day today.

Please don't give up because there is a way to healing.

You will figure it out , as time goes by and I am still treating i realize like others have said before me...the treatment path can be so different for all of us.

It takes a lot of tinkering and adjusting to find things that work sometimes.

Have you considered consulting with a Buhner herbalist, that may be an option to help with some of your specific symptoms.

Have you ever tried Tryptophan?

Someone shared this with me recently, and I got their permission to share it in other places. I hope it makes sense to you:

There IS a path, but there's no map. There's no map for Lyme. It's like they drop you in a jungle and hand you a machete. There's a way out- but it's up to you to figure out how to cut through the brush to get there. And all you can do is keep trying, re-calibrating. When you nit a bump or bend in the road you didn't anticipate.

And, another little tidbit - often depression is caused by inflammation (many new studies out on this now), so if you will start taking turmeric (because it helps the liver, not destroys the liver), it will likely help the depression without harming your liver. I take high dose turmeric right now because of increased inflammation from my treatments, but to start out on 500 mgs a day (taken with a bit of black pepper, or pepperine - a black pepper extract to make it more potent) and gradually increase to around 1500 mgs a day just may be very helpful.

Things to watch for while on turmeric are increased bruising, increased bleeding from minor cuts, and upset stomach. If those occur, lower your dose for a while and you will likely be able to raise it again after being on a lowered dose for a bit.
