sinsuses-mycoplasma? candida?

I have been having sinus issues for about 3 weeks. Sneezing, pressure, pain, feeling congested but no little to no drainage. This is not the norm for me unless I have a cold, which I do not.

I was in a friend's house for a few hours about a week before symptoms started. She said they have a mold problem in basement that hasn't been fully resolved. When the symptoms began I suspected maybe it was the mold that caused the problem.

Ears feel clogged at times, lymph glands under that ear were large but now better. Pain in back of neck is now mostly gone. I thought I strained something but now I also wonder if it is related to the sinus & ear problems.

I have used essential oils in a dish of steaming water, I've slept with a diffuser running with essential oils, I've used colloidal silver nasal spray. All I've done barely seems to impact the problem. I have had increased sneezing the last 2 days & do seem to have slight discharge in the back of my throat in the morning when arising.

I don't know how to find out what I'm dealing with & how serious this is. I read that candida in the sinuses could be serious but I also read that it is not that common. I am wondering if it is mycoplasma. I haven't been fully following the Buhner protocol for mycoplasma, have been focusing on lyme, bart & bab. I tend to just wait things out & they often resolve themselves, but I'm not sure what to do about this.

Any thoughts?

Ozone therapy may help this. My ozone therapy wasnt the cure all but I dont regret any of it and I feel it helped step up my immune system greatly even though I only did treatment 4 times. I am attempting to order an in home medical ozone setup as I have found a machine for under $300.


No matter where you live and how free of mold you think it may be it should never be overlooked. Could you imagine going through years of treatment and expense and being told you are not getting better because of this?
