I dont eat junk food but hardly eat anything all day.. (Almonds, walnuts, water) ..green apple with almond butter, sometimes avacado with shredded coconut..for supper i have fish or chicken, brown rice, brocolli, stopped having a sweet potato with it..today I ate nothing but my herbs..food seems like it goes through me anyway...anyone else going through this?
