Chest vibrations

For the past few days, especially when I lay down at night, my chest feels funny. I actually feel it right now. It's kind of a cross between a feeling of heaviness and tightness with what feels like vibrations when I exhale. I don't have asthma. It's entirely possible that I've had the symptom before, but I just can't remember. Anyone else have this vibration in the chest? What is it?

I've had them in my trunk/chest area. It made me wonder if it was my heart! Also get them very low in my tailbone area, but mostly in my lower legs. However, mine where not only when I exhaled but were constant.

I have no clue what causes it. Does seem like my vibrations increase when I start new meds. Maybe die off irritating CNS?
