Information on Igenex test ASAP

My daughter is in her 30's and has been having pain in her joints and memory problems. We live in one of the Lyme hot zones. I thought you could order an Igenex text and get results without involving a doctor. I ordered the test kid and she had the blood drain at her clinic and sent it in but now they are telling her they can't process with a doctors signature. I though for sure I read that was not needed and they would email you the results, help PLEASE

Yes a Dr. sig is needed

If you can't get one, then you can try the TrueHealthLabs - where they provide the signature, check it out and see if there is a lab near you for the draw.

Yes, that is correct, they can't proceed withOUT it. They told her she has two months to get a doctors signature. Her regular doctor has moved so getting a new doctor to sign off on that might be tricky.

I just had great results with a doctor in Walker, MN, so worst case I will try and get her in with him but hate wasting the money on this test.

Did they do the test anyway and are holding the results until you get the dr sig?

At this point I doubt if Igenex has charged for the testing - hopefully not - since there wasn’t a signature

Did she have to pay for the blood draw?

Is there any dr you can get to sign - even a chiropractor - or a ND?
