I've had em for years and never thought much of, but just noticed they're a LOT worse (and more) than they used to be.
Any suggestions on what to do? I can't use most standard ointments cause they have lanolin, urea, or fragrance.
Is there any way to make them go away besides having them surgically removed?

When I first got symptoms - I was in terrible pain - neck, left shoulder blade area and I was given T3's that took the edge off.
about
a week later I was constipated from the meds and it resulted in some issues.
What I did was lots of warm baths and also witch hazel applied to the area.
And very important to make sure you keep things moving easily.

WalkingbyFaith,
Here's another link I saved with you in mind, while I was foraging for information on a different issue:

Please see Item #10.

yes, I know the cure for this.
get yourself some tannic acid off of ebay. Its a brown powder, about
$5. Mix a bit of that with either olive oil or isoproplyl alcohol, then apply. Works incredibly.
if they are mostly internal then you can
open a hemmeroidal suppository on just one side, melt the suppository, add some tannic acid, pour back into the container carefully, then freeze, then insert.
trust me, I dealt with these things for years and this works.
one more thing, when you do this you may want to place some kind of protection between your behind and your underwear/pant as the tannic acid will create a brown spot, I used a small plastic bag
