Or not? Just curious, I’ve been getting night sweats on and off over the last 2 weeks, mainly on the chest. I’m aware this is a babesia symptom, but is the sweating a good thing despite it being a symptom?

Umm, I would like to know that answer too. This could be one positive about
starting menopause.

I would think sweating for any reason would help expel toxins through the skin, but I can't say for sure.

I'm thinking the same as WalkingbyFaith.
Sweating is sweating.

Szabo,
If you're hoping that you're detoxing with the sweats, you should make sure to shower off as soon as you can after you sweat. That's what you're supposed to do when you sweat in a sauna.

That’s a good point. Yes I was hoping I could find a positive to a symptom!
