Cefin the culprit of hot flashes I think

I've been having hot flashes since early January. I started tindamax mid December, started ceftin in late December, and continued taking the doxy and mepron that I've been on for a year or so. Anyhow, I've been having hot flashes all day and night. I turn on a desk fan 5-10 time per day. I thought this may be hormonal. However, yesterday I missed my ceftin morning dose and realized when I got home i didn't have any hot flashes or ones that required a desk fan, so I skipped my evening dose last night. Well I resumed taking it this morning and within 30 minutes, I'm flashing. I don't know if this is a herx or a reaction. I don't feel ill. I will continue, but I was wondering if anyone else has hot flashes from ceftin. Also, I keep feeling this pressure around my sinuses. It's a pressure that builds up and then passes, but some pressure remains. I took sinus congestion medicine and that didn't help. My MRI showed mild sinus inflammation. This has been happening for a couple of weeks. No headaches. Thanks for reading.

My hot flashes are not as intense. I'm also taking diflucan once per day for the past few weeks. It's hard to say what causes it, so I'm just dealing with it and will keep notes on it. I am not ruling out menopause. Thanks for the response, sunny days.
