I don't believe oil pulling will resolve an infection in the bone like that. You're best off seeing a highly educated dentist for this, as they will understand the seriousness of a bone infection. Believe me, you do NOT want to loose bone in your jaw over this! And if not treated properly, it will continue to affect the rest of the jaw bone.
But, yes, with oil pulling, you put your chosen oil (Olive or coconut) into your mouth and "swish" and "pull it through the teeth" for as long as you can, or 20 minutes.
