Where can i find right abx protocols with combinations and dose per day?

Instead of traveling 500 miles or so to see my LLMD, who has many patients and therefore doesn't respond directly to phone calls, where can i find good abx protocols to combine a cephalosporin with a macrolide etc?

I need to switch my regimen.

That's the site I was going to post as well - I'm not sure if there are others out there or not - at least others that are trustworthy.

I can't help with pharma drug combos, but if you keep this bumped up to the top of the 1st page, others may know what worked for them, and you could try those? I'll help keep this bumped up as much as I can as well.

For pharmaceutical interactions, here are the two sites I use:

That way all you really need is help with dosages!

Is it just me or was TreatLyme free until the start of this year?

It's frustrating that they are charging to see drug combos now. I used that site allll the time to double check my LLMD's recommendations.

It’s always been a paid for subscription.

I’ve been paying for it monthly for a couple years.
