Anyone try Chlorella for mold toxicity?

Wondering if anyone has seen improvement with Chlorella. If so, what is recommended dosage? I have read to take 4g daily for 4 weeks.

Felt it was doing good things but it is really difficult to quantify the action of this supplement. Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) had the most pronounced positive effect and even this took two months to notice.

mcp is a definite must

also try reduced glutathione capsules those help me for sure, as does a good air purifier.

I tried D-Limonene as it was in one of my supplements but I didnt notice any pronounced effect on one bottles worth.

Since we often dont know what molds have hit us AND we often become over sensitive all molds after the one that triggered us, it is a good idea to cycle through all of the known binders for a period of time and try to take note of the ones that have the most pronounced positive effect on us.

I didnt notice an effect on Chitosan but I am glad I took it as well as all of the binders. I am back on the activated charcoal for now.

Also fucoidan is known to stop the molds in us from progressing to cancers. Once again I havent noticed any pronounced effect, but I will likely cycles this off and on for the rest of my life.
