Glutathione brand recommendation

I've never used it before and now I'm deciding between NOW Glutathione 250mg and Twinlab L-glutathione 100mg. Which one would you recommend? Or if you have good experience with different brands please post your experience. Thanks!

I use Readisorb liposomal glutathione. I've heard that only liposomal will work.

I used liposomal glutathione in the past. AFAIK, traditional tablets have very low bioavailability.

i use reduced glutathione, jarrow and another brand, cant remember. they are about the same.

i think reduced is better than liposomal

It depends on what you are really wanting. There are a few that have very similar names.

For liposomal glutathione I like pure encapsulations. The liquid forms of the stuff are pretty nasty so the capsule is terrific. I like that brand for most things.

My LLMD recommended Pure Encapsulations brand liposomal glutathione to my detox regimen. I looked around and ended up ordering the Core Med Science brand for cost reasons. I just received it today, so can't speak to its effectiveness.

I'm not sure if there's any difference in one liposomal glutathione versus another, but here's one from Quicksilver Scientific:

A LLND gave me a bottle of the liquid glutathione....

and...it smelled horrible...sort of like rotten eggs...but also a bit sour smelling.

I couldn't take it..I was gagging as soon as I opened it up.

quiksiler is aight...some compounding pharms have nebulized glut ...its cheep and effective

I take it with a little grapefruit juice, it covers up the rotten taste/smell.

I use Researched Nutritionals, TriFortify Liposomal Glutathione. The watermelon flavor is pretty tasty!

It works well for me! Reduces headaches, brain fog and blurry vision.

I was also told by my MD that liposomal glutathione is best as it’s absorbed better.

Like Runninheid, I tried Researched Nutritionals, TriFortify Liposomal Glutathione and liked it. I used the orange flavour. But it was too expensive to ship to Canada so I’m using Physica Energetics Glutathione (GSH) Liposome. As far as I can tell it works just as good but it doesn’t come in any flavours to mask the sour slight rotten egg smell. I swallownitnwithout breathing and then quickly drink a bit of juice. That makes it a lot more about palatable.
